Company brief PT Surabaya lndustrial Estate Rungkut (Persero) is a state owned company, founded in 1974 before the Notary Abdul-Latif, SH No. 166 dated February 28^th 1974, which later was changed by Deed No. 2 dated August 1^st 1974 and ratified by Decree of the Minister of Justice September 1 ^st 1974. And the last before Notary Abdurrazaq Ashiblie, SH done with the amendment of No. 22 dated May 23^rd 1998 and has been approved according to the Minister of Justice Decree No. 98 in September 1998. Establishment of PT Surabaya lndustrial Estate Rungkut (Persero) aims to implement and support the government's policies and programs in economics and national development, especially in the fields of development and management of the industrial area in the widest sense. PT Surabaya lndustrial Estate Rungkut (PERSERO) manages Industrial Area 3 which includes:

1. Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut has an area of 245 ha to accommodate about 300 companies.

2. Sidoarjo lndustrial Estate Berbek has an area of 87 ha to accommodate about 111 companies.

3. Pasuruan lndustrial Estate Rembang (PIER) with an area of 518 ha located  60Km from Port of Tanjung Perak Surabaya, it’s associated with the  Toll Road. Inside there’s Bonded Zones covering 50 ha to support export activities.
