5. Standard Contract: 2 (two) years may be extended

6. Rent Payment System, paid in advance each month running

7. Deposit: A deposit Payment worth 6 (six) months rent, will be refunded without interest at the end of lease. Paying a deposit of electricity, will be refunded without interest, according to existing regulations.
