Warehouse

The number of warehouses owned by PT SIER (Persero) is 19 units, with a total floor area of 17,932.00 M2, which consists of:

Rungkut-Surabaya : 16 units

Berbek-Sidoarjo : 3 units

Total : 19 units

Warehouse is provided for the occupants of rented area or from outside the Region.

Facilities provided:

1. PLN electricity with power 6,6 6.6 KVA

2. Water of  PDAM

3. Phone 1 SST

4. Rent Payment System, paid in advance for the entire lease period.

5. Standard Contract: 6 (six) months, extendable

6. Deposit : Paying a security deposit (Deposit) 1 month worth of rent, will be refunded without interest at the end of the lease.
