WAREHOUSE

The total number of warehouse owned by SIER are unit, and the total width of the floor is 17,932.00 m2. The warehouses are located in the following :

  1. Rungkut - Surabaya                  : 15 Units

  2. Berbek - Sidoarjo                      : 3 Units

Total                   : 18 Units

The warehouses is provided to be rented to any industrial inhabitant in the area or outsider.

 

WAREHOUSE

SIER warehouses are facilitated with the following facilities :

  1. Electricty Power from PLN with 6.6 kva - 23 KVA
  2. Fresh water supply (PDAM)
  3. One connected phone number
  4. The whole rent cost must be paid in advance
  5. Standart Contract     : 6 mounths (extendable)
  6. Deposit Guaranty      : Pay the guaranty ( deposit ) equals 1 month rental and will be returned without interest by the end of end rent.
